Litigation Paralegal
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well-established law firm in Los Angeles that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This position offers a hybrid schedule and provides direct support to attorneys across a variety of litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case organization, document management, and trial preparation.
- Manage large-scale document productions, including e-discovery, database maintenance, and coordination with vendors.
- Prepare, cite-check, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Draft and manage subpoenas, authorizations, and summaries of records and depositions.
- Support trial preparation, including organizing trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and hearing binders.
- Coordinate and execute filings in state and federal courts, including electronic filing.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved) or a bachelor's degree with at least one year of law-related experience under the supervision of a licensed California attorney.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and court filing requirements.
- Experience with e-discovery platforms and litigation support tools preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and large case files in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually (depending on experience).

Work Hours
Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
